Invasive Diablos

An invasive subspecies of Diablos with far greater lethality than the regular species. It swiftly burrows underground to surprise threats by delivering a decisive attack from below with its horns.

Survival Instinct: This monster faced extinction due to poor thermoregulation, but survived by moving underground. When fighting aboveground, it tends to prefer places that are less open to the elements.

Twisted Horns: This creature's twisted horns are an acquired characteristic. One theory posits that the horns were damaged by pressure and rotation while burrowing, and then gradually twisted as they regenerated.
